Description

Within this 2,315-acre park, the largest on the northeast bay shore, you'll find a variety of habitats; meadows, marshlands, rocky beaches, while views of Mt.Tamalpais, the Marin shoreline, and San Pablo and San Francisco Bay stretch before you. Wildlife is abundant and Monarch butterflies migrate to the many eucalyptus groves Nov-Feb.

Twelve miles of trails (for the adventurous wheelchair rider many are manageable) crisscross the park; the trail from the parking lot to the fishing pier is paved, albeit hilly.
